How to Look Up Canada Post Tracking

Entripy's courier of choice is UPS.  However, if a customer enters a P.O. box as their address, we will ship their order via Canada Post. 

The Packing Team will input the Canada Post tracking number as a user note in NetSuite.  That tracking number that they enter will typically look like this: 2SCG000911375695038426900000

To look up a tracking number on Canada Post's site, remove the first 7 digits, and the last 5 zeroes from the tracking number that you find in NetSuite.  Taking the above tracking number as an example, the tracking number to input into the Canada Post website is 911375695038426.

The Canada Post Account Number is 2SCG000
