How to create a % discount code

Click on, PROMOTIONS -then select Discounts – Add new

Set your parameters :

•          Generally, discounts are % and set to order subtotal

Enter your percentage discount and set the number of times the code can be used.

Also set your date range for up to no more than 1 year

Use the “ Save and Continue Edit” option to review if additional options for your code are required

You can see a history of when/where a code has been used under the Usage History tab once the code is saved. 

How to Create a fixed Value code

Click on, PROMOTIONS -then select Discounts – Add new

Set your parameters :

NAME: this can be used to search the code in future

TYPE: This value discount is to be assigned to the order subtotal before taxes and shipping in the check out

AMOUNT: the $ value amount

START/END DATE: Tim the customer has to use this coupon

Select coupon code required

COUPON CODE : This is the text the customer must enter in the check out to redeem the value. This is case sensitive 

DISCOUNT LIMITATION: The number of times this specific code can be used (N)

Ntimes : Value of : in this case 1   ( 1 time use only coupon value) 

SAVE AND CONTINUE EDIT 

Should you required additional coupons for a customer / accounting has requested 12+ coupons for the same value for the same customer you can send this request to IT-support@entripy.com . You will need to create the initial coupon with information as above - but they can script the additional codes to save time.
