Adding store owner email to order confirmations

  • If you have a customer ask to be copied on all online orders placed for their store, you would add them with the below steps.

    Find OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification and pick any that has only one store and click edit:

    Click Copy Template

    Change BCC

    Go to stores and switch the stores to the one you want the emal to go to

  • If they already get an email then just find the email and change the BCC
