How to Create a new product in ZipMerch ** Note when moving through tabs adding/updating information you need to " Save and Continue Edit" before moving on or you will lose your update.

Catalogue > Products > Manage Products > Add new
PRODUCT NAME: This is what product name will appear in the customer's store.
Add Short/Full description if required
Begin adding specific product details. Once the below details are added you can use the "Save and Continue Edit" to add more product details.
Optional OPTIONS:
Show on home page : If you would like the item to show on the main store page tick this box. If not leave empty
Disable Buy Button : if you are setting up an item that needs to be visible online, but you are not ready for a customer to purchase the item you can disable the buy option by ticking this box and saving the product. Note this option is rarely used
REQUIRED OPTIONS
PRODUCT TAGS/SKU/Manufacture Part Number: These must be completed with the product SKU as it is in Reveri
* when adding, type it into the box and click enter. If you do not click "enter" it will not save for later
ADD your price for the item. This will be the sell price as it will appear online
NOTE you can also have both Mens and Ladies Companion items in the same set up. SEE DOC FOR MULTIPLE SKU OPTIONS (TBC)
Products will default to having shipping enabled.
Tax category for adult items is Default. If you are adding a youth item, change this in the dropdown to be youth.
PUBLISHED
Save and Continue Edit
PICTURES
Select your web image for uploading, and click Add product Picture
Category Mappings
Should your store have a set "Category" for the product ( Adult / Youth / Garment Type) You can select it from the Dropdown and see its display order here. For the Display order, this will set in which order your item shows within the list of items linked to this Category. Note: not all stores have Categories and this is not a required feature
Save and Continue Edit
PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES
You will need to add Fit information first
Click on View/Edit Values
Don't edit the colour or sizing - they will auto populate later.
Stores Tab:
Find the store you are creating this product for (Ctrl F and type the name will highlight the store) and check off the box.
Tabs (adds sizing chart to the product you are creating):
Click on add existing tab to see if the size chart has already been created for the sku you are using. A window with all the already created skus will pop up. You can try searching by brand name, or style number by hitting ctrl & F
Once complete, click save and continue edit.
Design Tab-
Add New Record
Choose your location (front, back, left side, right side)
Choose your decoration type - (HT = DTF until it's changed in the system)
Upload files (easiest to save files to your desktop to then upload VS pulling from VPN)
CLICK SAVE CHANGES before clicking save and continue edit
Request Product Update
All of the required information has now been entered and you can click on request product update. This will pull all available colours and sizes for that style/sku into the product attributes where you can then edit to what you need for this product.
Once updated, move on to the next step.
Product Attributes:
You will now see that by clicking the request update, that all the colours and sizes have been added under product attributes
Color: Click view/edit values
Delete any colour(s) that you DO NOT need (don't click deleted too fast of you will get an error)
Find the colour(s) you need and click edit
Once saved you can click back to product details
Click on "Veiw/Edit values"
Continue to do the same for the next size and the next and so on.
Once the sizes are in order click "back to product details"
Click save to save the product
Optional:
Price increase by size:
Click on Product Attributes
type in the amount you wish to ADD to the original cost (entered under product info) then Save
You can view all product attribute variations under the Attribute combinations tab to manually activate/deactivate if required for non inventory synced items
TEIR PRICING
* note this does not apply for all products or stores.
This is used only where there is a bulk order discount option for a specific item.
Each quantity break needs to be added as a new line.
Add new Record > select your store from the drop-down > set to All customer roles > detail specific quantity break and price
DISCOUNTS : Should there be a store wide promotion or item promotion happening you can select it here. To add discount options, see Discount options Doc ( To be created)
IF you add a discount: save and continue edit before moving on to Stores tab
STORES
In the Stores tab > Select "Limited to Stores" and Ctrl F to find your select store. Select your store and save If you do not limit to your select store - when you publish your product it will show on ALL stores
Save and Continue Edit.

TABS
This is where you add your relevant size chart information. Most charts are already loaded and you can select from the brand options.
Use the Add Existing Tab option for popular items Should you need to make a new size guide you can "Add new Tab"
Add Existing Tab >Ctrl F the list and search > tick off your option > Save button at the bottom of the pop up window
You now have a complete product.
After saving, return to the Product info Tab and PUBLISH > Save your product :)
