Configuration>Plugins>Local Plugins

Ctrl+F : Shipping Director > Configure 

Find the most recent ( at the bottom) number used for " OptionExit"

Example:

* note everything in this section is Case and Space sensitive. If it is not perfect - it will not work. 

Set: Order / Active/ Type: Name and Expression 

Enter information and save

You are now charging store 286 $19.99 for flat rate shipping
