MailChimp - Tims U

Every Few weeks Tims U will send a class list 

This is a list of employees who have completed a Tims U course and will be getting a $50 credit for an online order. 

This list of employees will need to be set up online for zip. For new accounts, a password reset Token would be emailed.
The token value is normally $50

Step 1: Save the excel in a CSV format and send to it-support@entripy.com to have the accounts made and tokens created. 

Email the Excel to it-support@entripy.com

Once you receive your Tokens back, download and save the excel.** Make sure this is saved as CSV

Log into Mail chimp

You can view the ENG and FRN versions of the Tims U mailer under Campaigns

Step 1 : Archive your existing audience from past mailers

Manage Audience > Manage Contacts > Archive All Contacts

Import new contacts: 

UPload CSV File :Browse > load CSV > Continue > Continue to Tag > Continue to match

Taggs are  same as columns 

F Name 

LName

Email 

Token

Anything Highlighted did not match.

You can manually match by clocking and selecting 

Click Finalize Import >Import 

Now go to your existing Campaigns > Select Campaigns,

Open a new Tab and create a new Campaign 

Update your class name as the program changes 

Create Campagine > Educate 

From the second tab with past mailer copy over information and HTML code using the Source code. 

This will pull over everything you need, delete the other options/sections in the email template
