Site offers both Branded school Spirit wear items and blank uniform pieces 

Parents need to register an account online on the website in order to place their orders online.

This is the only school with a return program option for blank uniform pieces only

The return window is 30 days from receipt of goods

Decorated apparel can not be returned. Should a parent need to order a size up/down on a decorated item ( ordered within the last 30 days) we can enter a manual order with a 50% 1 time discount (Parents would pay shipping based on order value * this can be viewed on the site homepage). No refund or discount can be applied to the initial order ( unless the issue is our error) . If parents don't like this option, they can check with the school to see if they have stock on hand that they may be able to exchange sizes for. We do not stock inventory for the school and parents will need to navigate that on their own.

For returns, parents are responsible for the return shipping if they would like send items back. Once the returned items are received on this end a refund request can be sent to accounting. PARENTS MUST have their work order number and " SHSH RETURN" clearly labeled on the package or warehouse may not be able to action it which will cause a delay in the refund being processed 

Standard order production time is 5 - 7 business days outside of peek season.

The busy season is July to Mid September. 

In June, Leigh will reach out to the school families advising if they would like to receive it before the start of school to place it before the end of June

The uniform supplier Top Marks serves other schools as well and will have a very high order volume during this time, 

Orders can take 4-6 weeks during peek season. If parents order late - too bad - soo sad ..There is no rush option. 

HOW TO ACTION BACK ORDERS FOR TOP MARKS ITEMS

Top Marks is always manufacturing additional stock when they run low. 

If they are out of stock in something at the time an order is placed, support will receive a standard back order email.

Remove the back ordered stock from the original PO and let Top Marks know the order is updated. 

Make a new Manual order for the customer with the back ordered pieces only  - and send a New PO to top marks to wait for the back ordered stock to come in.

Set the back order dates according to the timeline provided by Top Marks. 

Email the person who placed the initial order advising what items are back order and when they will be expected to ship. Include both the Original order number ( with in stock items) and back ordered order number. Also make user notes on both orders to connect them for accounting.
