Can I get blank samples?

Of course! We can order blank samples for most items.

Our blank sample policy is that we would charge you for the cost of the sample and shipping but this is refundable if brought back within 15 days in the same condition that they were sent out in. The shipping cost is only refundable if an order is placed within 30 days of you receiving the sample.

It's important to note that any masks, tote bags or swag samples are not eligible for refunds.

To place a sample order for you, we just need for you to sign up for an account on our site (www.entripy.com/register) and we will also need to know the garment style, colour(s) and blank sample sizes you'd like to order.

We'll build a quote based on this information and will send it to you to approve before we order the samples in.

Once you have registered, you can email our Client Care Team to put the Sample order together for you. Simply email your Sample details to clientcare@entripy.com.
