How to Send Client Artwork to the Proofing Teams

Sending artwork to E-Graphics:

1. Open the order in the Proofing Studio.  In the notes section, tag @proofingteam and let them know that you've sent the art in a separate email.
2.  Open a new email. In the subject line, write " WEBxxxxx artwork". you will need to send it to enca@esales.in 

In the body of the email, attach the customer's artwork and write the following : 

Hi Team, I have attached the updated artwork to this email

If the customer has written any specific instructions, you can include that in the email and hit send. You can now exit the Proofing Studio for this order.

3.  Reply to the customer and thank them for providing artwork. Let them know that you've forwarded the artwork to our graphics team which will have the proofs uploaded to their account soon.  Also that if we have any further artwork issues, we will contact them again. have a good day.
