How to Send Client a Message in Proofing Studio

1) Make sure you're on the notes tab. check the box that says "cannot make changes" and hit send

2) Open a sticky notes app on your computer and write the message that you are going to send to the cx (this avoids errors when typing in the box). Please see template attached.

3) Make sure that you are under the chats tab, copy/paste your message and hit send.

4) Refresh the proofing studio page

5) Write beside the proof letter, where it says "Proof x: revision requested", there will be the text "CHANGE" in bold. click "change" and a new box should pop up

6) On the drop down list, select "waiting for customer" and click save

7) Search the WEB number in HS and close all proofing emails that are active for that order.

NOTE: You will need to do this for each proof that you want to send them a message about. It should be capped at 3 proofs. If you are needing to send a message for more than 3 proofs, it is a lot easier to send them a message directly from HS
