Resolutions: Delayed Orders

Compensation for a delayed order

If a customer is reaching out for compensation on a delayed order, we can offer them ONE OF the following in the below order:

CASH CREDITS

Always offer cash credits first.  Note that the below values are based on the order subtotal.

  1. If the order value is under $150, you can offer $25 cash credits toward a future order
  2. If the order value is between $151 and $999, you can offer $50 cash credits toward a future order
  3. If the order value is between is $1000 and $4999, you can offer $100 cash credits toward a future order
  4. If the order value is $5000 and up, you can offer $200 cash credits toward a future order

5% Refund

If the customer refuses to accept cash credits, you can offer a 5% refund

  1. If the order value is under $10,000, you can offer a 5% refund.

*NOTE we cannot combine Cash Credits and Refunds.  Customers can either receive cash credits OR a 5% refund for a delayed order. 

Cancellation

If the customer will not accept cash credits or a 5% refund as outlined above, we can cancel and refund the order as long as it has not yet been started by production.
