T-Shirts

Material Breakdown for all t-shirts:

  • Solid colours are 100% cotton
  • Ash is 99% cotton + 1% polyester
  • Sport Grey is 90% cotton + 10% polyester
  • Heathered Colours such as dark heather, heather indigo, etc. are 50% cotton + 50% polyester
  • Safety Colours such as safety green and safety orange are 50% cotton + 50% polyester

Heavy Cotton T-Shirt Series

Style Codes:

Weight: 8.8oz.  Despite being labeled as heavy cotton, they are lighter than the Ultra Cotton series. 

Features: Unisex, pre-shrunk, most cost effective shirt out of the Gildan options. 

Fit: The unisex, kids, and toddler options have a boxier fit.  The ladies version is a missy fit meaning they do fit smaller and more fitted.  The sleeves are shorter and the waist is tapered on the ladies version. 

The unisex and kids shirts are the same fit as the Ultra cotton. 

Ultra Cotton T-Shirt Series

Style Codes:

Weight: 10.1oz. The Ultra Cotton series is the heaviest t-shirt weight that Gildan carries. 

Features: Unisex, pre-shrunk, has the highest number of shirt colour options. 

Fit: The unisex, kids, and toddler options have a boxier fit.  The ladies version is tapered at the waist and the sleeves are shorter on the ladies version. 

The unisex and kids shirts are the same fit as the Heavy cotton. 

Softstyle Ring Spun T-Shirt Series

Style Codes:

Weight: 7.5oz. The Softstyle series is the lightest t-shirt weight that Gildan carries. 

Features: Unisex, pre-shrunk, goes through a ring-spun process during manufacturing for a softer feel.  More fashion-forward, it is made to look and feel like a retail store shirt. 

Fit: Euro style fit, not boxy like the Heavy and Ultra cotton series. 

Sweatshirts

Material Breakdown: All of the Gildan sweatshirts listed below are 50% cotton / 50% polyester

Crewneck Series

Style Codes:

Weight: 13oz.  Despite being labeled as heavy cotton, they are lighter than the Ultra Cotton series. 

Pullover Hooded Series

Style Codes:

Weight: 13.5oz. 

Full Zip Hooded Series

Style Codes:

Weight: 13.5oz.  

Quarter Zip Series (no hood)

Style Codes:

Weight: 13.5oz.
