How to set up a new Shop

1. Close prospective shop email. This email is just to alert you that there was a new shop registration. 
2. When you receive the email with the logos, open logos in a new tab. Edit the URL: Remove “-/”, find all “+”, remove and add a space. Once you press enter, the image will appear. Save to desktop. 
3. Take a look at the logos and the organization name and determine if they are a good fit for Shops. If necessary, do a google search for the organization. If they are not a team, school, camp, or similar, send them to either Slaite, ZipMerch, or Entripy. There is a script in shops for both Slaite and ZipMerch.
4. Forward artwork email to vleadmanualproofing@entripy.com. Attach all logos and select script called “Create Logos”.
5. Go to the Shops admin. Go to Configuration – Shops. Search for the shop name, click on the shop and click Approve Store. 

Uploading Artwork

1.  Open the zip folder sent by Vlead. Save the EMB images and 72dpi images to desktop. 
   
2. On the shop page, click “+ Add New Record”. Find “Logo”. Upload the first design. (Tip: I tend to add the simplest design as the first one because it reads better when club names are added.) Add each new logo sequentially. Do the same with EMB 
3. Go to Messages and click “Send Preview Notification
4. Add a tag to the Vlead ticket that says "New Shop Setup" Close the Vlead ticket.
