I am located in BC and my postal code is V5K 0A1.  If I place an order for the Gildan Heavy Cotton t-shirts today, when will I receive it by?

Thank you for your inquiry with Entripy Custom Clothing.  Our standard turnaround time is 5 business days + shipping from the date of order and artwork approval and payment.  Once you’ve placed your order online, it will take us 3 business hours to create a digital proof for you, and any revisions that you may want to make to this proof will require 1 – 2 business hours to complete.  Our cut-off time with production is 3pm EST every weekday, so if an order is approved after 3pm, it will go onto the next business day's production timeline. 

Based on this, if you place your order online by 2pm EST today, you will receive your proof back by end of day today.  If that proof and your payment is approved by 3pm EST tomorrow, your order will ship out on Friday, June 17 via UPS. 

According to UPS’ website, if we ship the order out via UPS Standard, you will receive it by end of day on Friday, June 24th.  If we ship via UPS Express Saver, you will receive it by end of day on Monday, June 20th.  Here is a link to our shipping costs: https://www.entripy.com/policies/shippinginfo.

Information Needed to Calculate Turnaround Times

To calculate turnaround and shipping times, we need to know the following pieces of information:

  • Where is the client located?
    • Are they in the area and can they pick up from our location?  We are in Oakville and cities closest to us are Mississauga, Burlington, Milton, and Hamilton (not pictured on the map)
      • Our address is 2320 Bristol Circle in Oakville.  We are located just on the border of Oakville and Mississauga, off the QEW and Winston Churchill.  It is 1 street south of Dundas and Winston Churchill. 
    • If outside of Ontario, what is their postal code so that we can look it up on UPS’ website
  • What product is the customer getting?  We need this information to be able to check the turnaround time for it on our site (is it apparel that is on a Standard 5 business day turnaround time, or apparel from brands such as Athletic Knit, Stormtech and Biz Collection that are on a 15 business day turnaround time, or promotional items that are on a 15  business day turnaround time) and to see if rush services for it are available.
  • What time is it now?  When will the customer be able to place their order online?  What time will they receive the proof?  Things to consider are if a customer is calling in at 12:30pm on Monday and need an order for pick-up next Monday.  Although this is 5 business days, since it is now 12:30pm and it takes 3 business hours to create a proof, they will not get their proof until 3:30pm which is past our 3pm cut-off time.  In this case, the order will only be ready for pick up by end of day on Tuesday.
  • Will payment go through on time – how is the customer paying?  It is easiest if they are paying by credit card, but if they are a school and being invoiced, they need to keep in mind that we need payment confirmation before we can schedule the order with production.  This means that once the order is submitted, our Finance team will be in touch with the person listed in the Billing Address section of the order and will need quick responses to sort out payment.
