How to Switch the Shipping Method on a Defect Order

THIS IS FOR DEFECT ORDERS ONLY WHERE THE SHIPPING/ORDER VALUE IS $0

1.  Open the Work Order in BC

2. Click on Release -> Reopen

3. Scroll down to the Shipment Method section and update the shipping here. 

  • For pick-up, it should look like this: 
  • For Shipping, make sure that the Ship-to address is correct, and if it is for UPS, set the shipping to look like this: (You can update the agent service to UPS Express Saver if required/approved)

4. Once everything is updated, click on Release -> Release 

5. If the Fulfillment Status of the order is Completed or Shipped, message Logistics Ship in the CE/OPS channel to let them know that the shipping method has changed on the order:
