What Is Veris? 

As orders move through production, our production team scans a barcode on the order which collects and records the order information into our system. 

Veris gives us access to this data to give us real time updates and up to date info on an order's progression through operations. 

How to Add Veris to Your Teams App

  1. Go to Apps
  2. Look for "Built for Entripy Custom Clothing"
  3. Look for "Veris" and click
  4. Click Add
  5. Veris should now appear on your left rail, and you can right click to "Pin" the app

How to check an order status

  1. Open Veris
  2. Type status into the chat
  3. Veris will ask for the order number
  4. Type in the WO# (do not copy and paste it in, type it in directly) 
  5. Veris will message you back to tell you each step of production that the order has gone through. 

How to get order updates as the order moves through production

  1. Open Veris 
  2. Type track an order into the chat
  3. Veris will ask for the order number
  4. Type in the WO# (do not copy and paste it in, type it in directly)
  5. Veris will message you updates throughout the day as the order moves through production and is updated in Business Central

How to Check if an Order Has Been Picked Up / is Ready for Pick Up

  1. Open Veris
  2. Type pick up into the chat
  3. Veris will ask for the order number
  4. Type in the WO# (do not copy and paste it in, type it in directly) 
  5. Veris will message you back to tell you the following information: 
    • Where the package is
    • How many boxes it is
    • When it was picked up 
    • Who released the order to the customer
    • Who picked up

How to Check for Defects

  1. Open Veris
  2. Type defect into the chat
  3. Veris will ask for the order number
  4. Type in the WO# (do not copy and paste it in, type it in directly)
  5. Veris will message back if any defects were reported on your order
