Post Order Complaint Compliance

After the client has received their order and they have concerns with the print/ or quality of the product and want to make a formal complaint.

Entripy.com Orders - Post Order Complaints are emailed to resolutions@entripy.com.

Below is what the client should have in their email:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Order concerns
  • Attach images
  • Identify what pieces are affected (colours/ sizes)

  • David Beckham
  • I received my order and 2 small royal hoodies had faded print on the front
  • 2 images of the faded front print attached
  • 2 small/ 18500 Gildan Hoodies in Royal Blue
