What to do if a credit card is declined

1. Log into www.entripy.com

2. Click on My Account

3. Click on My Orders

4. Click on Retry Payment for the order that failed 

5. Click on Edit under the Payment Details section: 

6. Enter in the new card number. 

7. Click on APPROVE YOUR ORDER
