3 ) After the client responds back you can ask them how they returned the stock back to us?

  • Was the Samples Dropped off to us? If so ask what day and time?
  • Was the Samples couriered to us? If so ask what courier did they use?  (UPS/ Canada Post/ Company Carrier) Also ask when they sent it date/ time/ and tracking information

4 ) If you know that the client dropped off the Samples, or if the client advises that the courier they used already dropped off the Samples:

  • Check BC to see if there is any notes from Logistics Receiving advising the stock was returned to Entripy [Date/ Time].  You can also reach out to them to confirm this.
  • You can reach out to Logistics Receiving in the Teams Channel "Receiving and Fulfillment" and ask if they received this stock and if they can confirm details.

5 ) Reach out to Finance: Make sure to open an email in help scout and email AR@Entripy.com Finance Team with the AR Refund saved reply to give that information to Finance to process the Refund.  Make sure to advise to the client the refund could take approximately up to 1-2 weeks to complete or less.
