Resolutions: How to Set Up UPS Pickup

Client needs to Return Stock back to Entripy so that we can start a Damage Replacement

Resolutions have come to an agreement with the client to refund/ and or start a DR in Dynamics[BC] - However the stock would need to be returned back to Entripy first before we would process the refund / or replacement.

1) Firstly your going to set up a UPS Return: https://entripy-82.helpscoutdocs.com/article/113-how-to-create-a-ups-return Follow the instructions here to set up the labels for the amount of boxes the client will be returning to Entripy. make sure to email the labels (and include the confirmation of the scheduled UPS Pickup time as well).

2) You can opt to advise the client can drop off the boxes to their local UPS Store: You can send the client this link so they can find the local UPS near there location: https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_CA

3) However some clients who've had a poor experience with us might opt to have UPS actually come to pick up the boxes directly from them. If so follow the steps below.

No need to make any changes below under #1 - Shipping Label Questions

Enter in all the fields with an arrow below for #2 - Pickup Information and Location

 How many packages are in your pickup #3 Service and Package Information - Use the drop down below to choose how many boxes need to be picked up, and also check off [UPS Standard]. 

Fill out the information below with arrows beside it  # 4 Pickup Date and Time - You only need to fill out the Preferred location if the client specifies the location to have UPS Pick Up [i.e: Reception/  Back Door/ Front Desk].

For # 5 Pick up Notifications - Click the "Next" Button.

Lastly verify the details that you filled out, if everything looks good - > Click "Next" at the very bottom.

  Below is the confirmation of setting up the pickup for the client -> you can always snip a picture of this page and send with the labels
