Crooked Print on Hoodies

This is a complaint we've received quite a lot in the past, so it is important to understand whether a logo is actually crooked or not.

Sometimes the pockets on hoodie tops are not always manufactured straight and this is something that we cannot control. The crooked hoodie pockets can cause a logo to appear crooked or misaligned, so it is important to note that production lines the logo up with the hood of the garment rather than the pocket.

If a customer reaches out complaining that a logo is crooked on a hoodie, we first need to see a picture of the full item and then we would look to make sure that the logo lines up with the hood.

Below is an example of a hoodie where the pocket is crooked, but the logo lines up with the hood. In this case, we would not issue a replacement.
