Minimum order quantities

Entripy has a minimum order requirement to ensure we can produce high-quality custom apparel at the best price for you.

Standard minimums

•       Most apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, hats) require a minimum of 6 pieces per design.

•       Promotional products (pens, bags, drinkware, etc.) may have different minimums depending on the item.

•       There is no maximum order quantity.

Ordering fewer than 6 pieces

If you need fewer than 6 pieces, we recommend exploring our product catalogue for items that may have lower minimums. Contact our team at clientcare@entripy.com or via live chat and we'll help find the best option for your needs.

Sizes and colours

The minimum of 6 pieces applies per design, not per size or colour. You can split your order across multiple sizes (e.g., 2 × S, 2 × M, 2 × L) as long as the total reaches the minimum.
