Blank Samples

What are blank samples?

Blank samples are items with no print on them that we send out to customers to help them select an item, size, or garment colour before they place their order with print on the items. 

Blank Sample Policy

We charge for the cost of the blank sample, and this is refundable if the samples are returned to us in the same condition that they were sent out in within 15 days of ordering.  

You can either pick the samples up during the weekdays from our location in Oakville ON (at 2320 Bristol Circle, Unit 5 Warehouse between 9am and 5pm), or we could ship your sample order out to you via UPS Standard for $19.95 + tax.  If an order is placed within 30 days of you receiving the sample, we would refund the shipping cost of sending it to you.  We do not arrange for the samples to be sent back to us, nor do we cover the cost of shipping them back to us.  You can either return your sample order to our office in person or schedule your own courier service for return.  

Please note that we do have a maximum value of $500 for samples with a 6 piece cap, and items such as mugs, tote bags, water bottles, pens, anything considered promotional found here are non-refundable. 

How to Place a Sample Order

To place a sample order for you, we just need for you to sign up for an account on our site ( www.entripy.com/register). Once you have signed up please email us at clientcare@entripy.com with your billing & shipping address, as well as the garment style, colour(s) and blank sample sizes you'd like to order. We'll build a quote based on this information and will send it to you to approve before we order the samples in.

Internal: How to Price Blank Samples

Go online, quote out the minimum quantity for the item and price out the most cost effective decoration option (i.e. 1 colour print on front or EMB on 1 location) 

Internal: How to Input a Sample Order into Business Central

Checklist - Ensure the following 3 things before inputting the sample:

  1. Ensure that the customer has an account on our site.  You can check for this by typing their email address in here: https://www.entripy.com/Admin/Customer/List
  2. Ensure you have the sku, sizes (if applicable), and colour(s) that the customer would like to order.
  3. Ensure that the sample order is under $500 and no more than 6 pieces. 
  4. Ensure that the customer has an account on Business Central.  If they do not have an account, create one. 
  5. Create a sample order in Business Central by following these steps
